Account
Delete your Maitri account
You can ask for your account to be deleted. This page explains the request, what deletion is meant to change, and what may still be kept where the law requires it.
How to request deletion
1. Send a deletion request
Use the contact form with the topic “Account or data deletion”, or email support. Include the phone number or username on the account so it can be found.
2. Do not send secrets
Do not include your password or a one-time verification code. Support may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. The confirmation method is not published on this page yet.
3. Wait for confirmation
This website does not promise how quickly a request is completed. Ask support what to expect when you send it.
What happens after deletion
- Your profile should no longer be available for other people to discover.
- You should no longer be able to sign in to that account once deletion is completed.
- Whether call history is deleted, kept, or separated from your name has not been confirmed. The privacy policy states that limit. It does not promise that every call record disappears.
What may be retained
Some information may be kept where the law requires it, or where it is needed for an unresolved safety, fraud, or payment matter. Examples can include recharge records and a report that is still being reviewed. Retention periods are not published here until they are confirmed. See the Privacy Policy draft.
